Happy new year to all of you!!
Traditionally in Germany the 6th of January is the day to take down your christmas decoration - and then, what? Outside the weather has changed to rain, the snow is turning to slush - it's dark and depressing outside. Christmas being over, having had enough of snow already, but the winter being far from over I decided to go for a little bit of early, early spring...

| ... so I made some flowers for the window. |

| They are made out of newspaper and then sealed with some white glue. The stems and leafs are made of Japanese Masking Tape ( I finally found some at a small store in Frankfurt). |

| As you can see, I got the inspiration from these lovely flowers that were delivered to me yesterday - send by my wonderful husband. Isn't he sweet!? |
